Hello! I'm Meet Patel, a Technical Support Specialist with a passion for solving complex technical puzzles. I bring over 2 years of experience as a Retail Store Supervisor, coupled with a unique background in Remote Technical Support.

Additionally, I've earned certifications in Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals and Azure AI Fundamentals, further enhancing my technical expertise. With a comprehensive skill set in Microsoft Office 365, Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, Zendesk, Git, and more, I am equipped to handle diverse technological environments, spanning Microsoft Windows, macOS, Linux, and Microsoft SQL Server. Additionally, my familiarity with virtualization software such as VMWare and collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, Teams further enhances my ability to deliver exceptional technical support.
